TreeLine 2012: people – art – science – nature

Artists: Judy Barrass and Renata Buziak and Student artists from the following schools: Ananda Marga River School, Kawana Waters State College, Caloundra City Private School.
These are the native plants selected for the opening on Saturday from the Coolum Community Native Nursery, come along and take one home:
Crinum pedunculatum
Hardenbergia violacea
Ipomoea pes-caprae
Leptospermum liversidgeii
Melaleuca pachyphylla
Melastoma malabrathicum
Eucalyptus bancroftii
Throughout the Sunshine Coast 11 schools are involved in TreeLine initiated in 2010 to engage the community in celebrating trees and their significance. 2012 TreeLine includes a range of activities: performances, workshops and exhibitions.
